Participants arrive at Tafaria Arts Centre

5pm Welcome meeting & weekend assignments

6pm Dinner

7pm Evening reading session

Saturday, Jan 6

8am Breakfast

9am Group warm up

10am Split into small groups- one coach splits time between 2 groups

12:30pm Lunch

1:30pm Resume group work

3:30pm Afternoon leisure/activities: horseback, archery, board games, swimming

6pm Dinner

7pm Lecture/discussion

8pm String ensemble reading

8am Breakfast

9am Group warm up

10am Small groups resume

12:30pm Lunch 

2pm Performance- faculty & optional for groups who choose to play

Weekend workshop participants depart, professional development group stays on

Leisure

6pm Dinner

7pm Intro to Pedagogy talk

8pm Sight reading

Monday, Jan 8 through Thursday, Jan 11

8am Breakfast

9am Warm up / technique class

10am New ensemble groups for the week- one coach per group

12:30pm Lunch

1:30pm Ensembles

3:30pm Leisure/activities or Practice Time/Private Coaching- each participant gets 30 min individual coaching from each faculty member, spaced throughout the week

6pm Dinner

7pm Pedagogy class

8pm String ensemble
